We really enjoyed our stay in unit 407 at Phoenix West 2. The condo was very roomy and nicely furnished. Everything worked properly. The amenities were great...the water slide was a huge hit with the kids! Beach was beautiful ? and several great restaurants nearby. We plan to come back next year.

Nice place with plenty of room. We have stayed here before through North Beach Plantation and the places were filthy. This unit through this company was very clean and stocked with EVERYTHING we needed. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories ITRIP!!

Pics on site appear much more lavish then actually is...furniture is dated, and 4 towels isn’t enough ...that being said I believe it was still a good value versus a hotel suite, lots of room, nice grounds, great location .

Location was great, beach was excellent and the place was very clean and updated. Couple complaints: the king mattress was terrible, and the cable was stuck on 1 channel in the master. We managed but the mattress would probably be a deal breaker in the future.

A great getaway for a couple. Temperatures were in the 90s yet no need for the AC with the patio door open to enjoy the gulf breeze. An older beach resort with a super staff. Good economy lodging located in a prime beach spot. We will return!
