Second time in this unit, it is very nicely remodeled. We have stayed in thiis owner's units many times, always happy experiences. The bed in this unit needs attention - the legs have been torqued and the bed does not rest on the floor evenly. Nothing better than sunsets on the lanai of this ocean front condo.

We had a group of boys with us and this was The perfect size! Kitchen was FULLY equipped with everything needed to cook for 14 boys. Even had a crockpot!! View was amazing! Very short was to beach. The room with 4 full size bunk beds did get hot at night. A ceiling fan definitely needs to be added in that room! We will defiantly be returning to Phoenix VII!!

The condo was nice. The soap, etc., were too small. The door to the patio was difficult to open. (It sticks) The front desk personnel were good except one. He was sitting with two computers in front of him, unwilling to help print boarding passes, and we asked him if we could go around and print them, he said ok, we did, and he just sat there.

Exemplary Stay at Serenity!

Serenity was exceptionally clean, functional, and we really loved the decor. The gated Mariners Cay property was well kept and the location is easily accessible to Folly Beach and other amenities. The communication prior to arriving and during and after the stay was friendly, efficient, and informative. My family looks forward to staying at Serenity in the future.

Cute beach décor, short 5 min. walk to beach and close to many restaurants. Saved money eating in with fully stocked kitchen, fridge/stove. Loved pool and back canal boat dock. Free assigned parking spot was great for easy ground floor unit access. Planning to book here again and recommend to friends!
