The location and the house was so beautiful and I would and WILL be coming back to book with Loretta. She was quick with responses and food and local suggestions. It was a perfect getaway for much needed R&R. five out of five stars.

This was a great vacation home! It was extremely clean and had lots of amenities. We would definitely come back to this beach house. It was a quick and easy 5 min walk to the beach, and had chairs and toys for us to utilize as well! The pool was convenient. The location was great! We had an awesome time!! Thank you!

Surf Perch Fun in the Sun

Our family’s stay at the Surf Perch was great. The home was well situated in town close to plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops and, of course, the beach! The “checkin” was easy with great communication from the iTrip team and the home was well kept and comfortable.

Great Stay in Snowmass

We loved our 1 bedroom condo. It was clean, bright and exceedingly well stocked with kitchen and bathroom needs. Great outdoor pool and hot tub. Very convenient in Base village and a few steps to Village lift and Gondola to Snowmass Mall. I will stay again

Clean, comfortable and centrally located. Beds were comfortable (yes even the sofa bed wasn’t bad) and kitchen was well equipped. Nice pools and grounds. Located close to a shopping district with great restaurants. Paying for parking was a bit undesirable (street parking was hard to come by) and the bathroom being inside the bedroom were the only deterrents.
