The place was great, no complaints whatsoever. Except one: THE PRICE! $406/night for a tiny old room (with lots of charm and very clean mind you) just felt like a real shakedown. Other than that, a wonderful beach stay for the fam!

We had the BEST weekend staying here. The home was absolutely perfect for our group of 9. The itrip team was very professional and responsive before and during the stay. The home is also in the perfect location and took no more than 15 minutes to get everywhere. Would definitely stay here again! Alexandra

Totally recommend this townhome, unbeatable location and comfort. Would definitely book here again. Customer service was great as well , Karlyn and Kai were very attentive and checked in with us during our stay.

#5, 16 Center Street is 1/2 block from the shops and resteraunts, and 2 blocks from the beach. Once in the lot, if you don't wish, you never have to get in the car again. Clean, Comfortable, and Affordable.. A real gem tucked away above the shops. Dave Rocky made sure we were in and comfortable. For a small family (4 or 5) that wants to be a part of all Folly has to offer - THIS is the place!

Fantastic in all aspects! Outdoor area is sprawling. You feel like you are at your own private resort. All day sun on the pool, but there are so many under cover areas for shade lovers. Saw dolphins and manatees swim by! Kitchen is extremely well equipped, and there are additional mini-fridges at each wet bar. Tons of beach gear provided but we honestly never left the lanai.
