`We've stayed here the last few years and have always enjoyed the property and that it's so close to the convention center. The only downside this trip was that the mattresses need to be replaced. Very worn in and uncomfortable.

This was our first visit to St. Augustine. We really enjoyed our stay at seaside studios. It's just right for 2 people. Its was clean and very nice. A great location. A very short walk to Publix and restaurants.

We had a great weekend in our beach villa. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and we were really pleased with all the updates in the villa. It was easy access to the beach which was great.

The room was well kept. The ocean view was awesome and the balcony was private. My only complaint is that when booking through a private owner the staff does not give you what you need. They would not give us any extra towels or bathroom tissue. Other than that I would highly recommend staying in unit 614.

This place was way more than I expected. So spacious and they provided everything we needed. The only down side was the ice dispenser didn't work. Other than that I highly recommend this location for your next arizona stay.
