My bridal party for my wedding stayed in this awesome house! We had a blast. There was 11 of us and we all slept great the beds were so comfortable. The neighborhood is so beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend staying here! We also brought my dog and he was running around the backyard all weekend!

Best part of the townhouse was its location, but even though it is within walking distance of the thunderhead lift, it is not a convenient walk in ski boots. The home itself was excellent, minus the cookware being in disrepair, but that should be an easy fix. Comfortable beds, great layout and plenty of room for two families. Would rent this unit again upon a return to steamboat.

Centrally located to many sites with the town of Frisco and Dillon Lake within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at home. Very tranquil setting. Would be happy to stay here again. Ignore any advertisement of Free Fun credit. It is not offered with this property unfortunately.

Dear Staff, We had a wonderful stay at our condo. It was clean and nicely maintained inside. We loved having the rolling carts for bringing our bulky bags upstairs. The views were beautiful and access to the beach was amazing! Thank you for providing a beach buggy cart for our beach gear! We loved every minute! Thank you very much! Best, The Truharts

Everything was just as pictured and was decorated lovely. Had everything you would need, provided for your stay. The Lanai was used and greatly appreciated. Great view and so convenient to the beach! We will be back and will use John’s company again.
