We were very satisfied by our experience. Great view from the balcony. Reasonably priced. Conveniently located to beach and town. Friendly residents. Nice pool. Very comfy king bed in master bedroom, couch and recliner in living room. Covered parking. Several wash down areas outside to keep sand from getting inside. Full kitchen. Easy check in/out procedure.

This house was a lovely surprise! It’s much bigger than expected. The layout is thoughtfully created. The house was well stocked with all items needed for a few nights stay. Great beach access too. We would rent again. Thank you!

Had a great time in Gulf Breeze and surrounding areas This rental was centrally located for all the shopping and beaches Very clean, pet friendly, welcoming and quiet neighborhood Would definitely rent again

We didn't have any issues with the process of renting at North Beach Plantation, a little sad we couldn't keep the bracelets but I understand it's an expense to them to be able to provide a separate service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in #305 Kimball Lodge. It was very nicely furnished and comfortable. The property was right on the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only thing missing was a blender, so no frozen tropical drinks on the lanai :(. We would definitely plan a return visit next time we are at Sanibel.
