Everything was convenient including beach, a variety of restaurants, and other attractions. Onsite pool and landscaping/walking path made for fun entertainment. Quiet enough for those who just want to relax sans kiddos. Plenty of parking. Owners very responsive to issues.

Absolutely beautiful home and location! Great place for a family vacation, especially on a holiday, quaint and quiet beach house, one block from the beach, which is pristine. You can drive on it or walk for enjoyment. Family friendly. Very close to downtown Saint Augustine. Had an amazing fun and stress-free trip. Highly recommended. Five star rating all the way! Plenty of parking.

My daughter and I spent three nights at Surf Beach Resort and what a beautiful setting with the extensive beach and water view and sounds from the terrace of the condo. Nicely situated to John’s Pass and St Pete Beach restaurants.

Overall the unit was in very good condition. One issue is the living room sliding glass door that needs to be repaired or replaced. Very difficult to open/close the door. The glass seal is obviously broken as evidenced by the air/water intrusion between the glass panes. We used the bedroom slider to access the balcony.

What an absolutely wonderful time we had with this house. The house is beautiful. We had plenty of space for everyone. The ping pong table was such a great touch. The guys had so much fun as we cheered them on. Its wonderful for young children and for grandparents alike. Thank you so much. We will be back to this house again.
