A group of us stayed here during the Sundance Film Festival and had a lovely time. Especially enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub, which contributed to the overall cozy atmosphere. Great heat and hot water in the condo as well, which can be an issue in the mountains.

Ground level floor just steps away from the pool and beach access. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay.. Would highly recommend this condo especially if you have kids. Just walk out the back door and your at the pool or beach.

From top to bottom this rental was everything we needed for a week getaway to Steamboat! The home was everything we needed and more and ITrip was amazing at staying in contact and checking on things through the week as a curtsy. Everything was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. We will definitely book with:through ITrip on our next adventure.

Beautiful property inside and out. We enjoyed the many areas of relaxation and play outside. The proximity to Old Town was fantastic. We also took advantage of the bike path nearby with the bikes you had available for us to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook or just to have a cup of coffee.

Amazing place, better than advertised!

Luxury condo nicely renovated. Comfortable bed and convenience of washer and dryer. The owners were very responsive in addressing an issue with the washer which has been fixed in less than 24h. The place was very clean and we felt very welcomed. There is no A/C, but the air flow with the wind nicely offsets this. We also enjoyed using the BBQ and the pool / spa area.
