My son and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is well appointed, clean, roomy and has a great fireplace and hot tub. But the best thing about this place is the views. This has to have one of the best views of the nature preserve and it was wonderful to have coffee and watch the sunrise every morning. You can find a better spot in Kimball Junction.

Wonderful location, gorgeous view, cooling natural winds, beautiful green lawn and pool area, quiet and very relaxing. Close to everything. Comfortable and clean couch and chair. Just nice! Well stocked with chairs, beach chairs, coolers and more. All in good shape. Great reserved parking spot close to room. Very pleasant and relaxing stay.

My family (mother, sons, and husband) enjoyed the space. I was amazed at what was in the house - seasoning, towels, cleaning supplies, etc) as i didn't need to bring extra stuff. The gym was nice and everyone in the community was friendly. We are down the street from publix and a short drive to 5th. I definitely recommend staying there.

We took a long weekend to get out of the cold and golf in the sun. This place worked out perfect for the six of us. The place is immaculate and the view is gorgeous with the water and mountains in the background. I was a little nervous about getting into the gated community but we did not have any trouble. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo we rented on Monarch was lovely and plenty of room for our four adult children. I loved the cleanliness of the condo as well as the decor. The steam shower in the Master Bath was a favorite too. Views were incredible and we enjoyed the lovely town of Aspen, walking distance to everything was a huge plus too. Many thanks to you all.
