The location is close to skiing, across I-70 but Simba Run has its own shuttle that takes you to and from the village for skiing and après ski/dinner. The shuttle drivers were prompt and courteous, as was the rest of the staff. Accommodations were nice and we'd stay here again.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights to attend a wedding at the Lightner Museum. Everything was comfortable and clean. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked to be equipped. The balcony was amazing. My only complaint would be the lights right outside the master bedroom window are so bright and stay on all night. Some room darkening shades are definitely needed.

The house was clean, very well decorated and comfortable. Very close to the beach. The whole family has had a wonderful time, well accommodated and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bbqs are helpful as we love to cook.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. We liked drinking coffee in the backyard while the dogs ran around in the fenced yard. The tree canopy provided cool shade. The owner was very responsive to minor issues and handled immediately. Would stay again.

Beautiful home and a lovely, bucolic retreat on the marsh. Wonderfully appointed with space to gather and to spend in quiet contemplation. For the family chef, the kitchen has everything you need and more (for a cooking enthusiast with my own well stocked kitchen, I discovered new implements :-)! Will be our go to home when visiting Kiawah.
