Really pleased with condition of condo and convenience. The condo has an updated kitchen and baths. Views can't be beat. Ski lockers next to garage (from which shuttle departs) are well thought out. Also appreciate little things like free laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. Would stay here again.

Palacio de Panferio is a wonderful property for a family vacation. The owners have thought of everything. Pool and hot tub overlooking Santa Rosa Sound, kayaks, golf carts, all the amenities one would need for a memorable family vacation. There is even a high chair and pack and play for a toddler! Book this for a family vacation - relas at the beach or go into town. Highly recommend.

Location is great. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants nearby (check out The Daily and Barsa Tapas!) Ravenal bridge is also close, and the heart of Charleston is a very short drive away. The unit is functional, the pictures are accurate the owners are very responsive. The one thing I’d warn people about is to bring earplugs. The night noise can be a bit much if unprepared.

We came to enjoy the fall colors, the home was great! The hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and even helped us to arrange for a crib to be delivered. I would love to come back in the winter, I imagine this place is spectacular in the snow.

Beautiful home, situated 30 minutes away from Charleston and only 15 minutes from grocery and restaurants.. Tons of room for everyone to spread out, closet space and everyone to have their own bedroom. Only downside was the stairs are kinda sketchy going up the porch in the total dark at night. Would book again, great easy experience. Perfect central location for our elopement.
