We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at the Ptarmigan House in Steamboat Springs. We had a party of 6. Condo was clean, easy access to both the mountain/chair lifts and Steamboat Village. Check in and Check out experience was fine.

This is a very nice, comfortable and warm house. The gas fireplace connected to the thermostat was great. On a cold weekend, we enjoyed sitting by the fire. The house itself was very clean and well supplied. There are lots of stairs, but overall was great for our weekend.

Our unit was modern, very clean and perfect for families (we have two toddlers). The kitchen was large and great for meals for our kids. The view from the living room of the mountain is beautiful. It was a short walk to town and the park which made it very convenient. I would stay here again.

Beautiful updates. Location is great too. Couldnt ask for a better looking place for the price we paid. Also, supplied pretty much everything we needed!!!! Would highly recommend this place. However, siding should be replaced on outside. Would have a lot better curb appeal.
