Everything was amazing! A brand new townhouse that is clean and well stocked. All of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds. We were only steps from the beach! The third floor has a great open floor plan with a large balcony that we enjoyed immensely! We will definitely be staying here again

I stayed for six days at this condo. It worked perfectly for my wife and son. It’s a great spot for a ski/snowboarding trip. You are an easy five minute walk to the slopes, with plenty of restaurants around. I’d recommend this for anyone that’s looking for an easy and affordable condo.

We are repeat customers with this property and recently enjoyed another fantastic week-long stay. We returned because we could count on the quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. Our expectations were fully satisfied. The kitchen and living area are recently remodeled, feeling spacious, clean, and modern. The A/C is a major plus too!

We loved the proximity of the house to the beach and the restaurants in town. The layout of the home was perfect for our family group of all ages, we were able to spread out for our down time but there was plenty of room on the first floor to gather together. Thanks for allowing us to rent this spacious home for our time in Folly/Charleston.

Great Beach Getaway!

Wonderful place in an exceptional location. Walking distance to the beach and so many local restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and steps to the Gulf. Didn't even need a car with all the nearby places and free shuttles! Itrip is always so responsive and helpful. Just a text away if we needed anything! Thanks for a great vacation!
