Very nice two bedroom two bath ADU in a good neighborhood. Close to Laurelhurst Park (great park), restaurants, coffee shops etc. Ten minutes by car from downtown. A city bus stops at the end of the block. The place is newer, well-maintained, has wifi, TV, washer/dryer, well appointed small kitchen. Second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Highly recommended.

Everything was great! Our four legged child loved the back yard. The house was perfect for our stay, walks on the beach, Love the area, great cozy little Cottage on the canal. Bought a new coffee pot for the kitchen, our gift to the cottage.

Our group goes to the Indian Wells tennis tournament every year. We enjoy watching tennis and playing golf. This condominium was perfect for us. It is centrally located, clean, well maintained and well furnished. The property managers were very helpful in getting in and out. I highly recommend this property.

Loved staying here. Was very clean and very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful view off the back porch. It felt very roomy with 12 people- 3 families. The only down fall was there was not enough bath towels and wash rags to go around and only one trash bag was available. Over all I would recommend this property to family and friends.

Perfect for 3-4 people. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. We found everything we could possibly need during our stay in this home. Everything was super clean and communication was fantastic. Thanks for a great week in Charleston area!
