Our original stay was scheduled for May and then Covid hit. David was very accommodating in changing the dates of our stay. The home is described as a cottage and reminds me of a New England Cape. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean and charming and very close to the beach and historic St. Augustine.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this Silverado condo. Location was convenient with easy access to slopes via 1 Shuttle van ride. 2 rooms were comfortable for a party of 4. Very clean. Would look forward to coming again next year!

The house was clean, and accommodating. The Hot Tub was perfect, we have stayed places where the chlorine levels were enough to eat your skin, and this was not the case at all. The neighborhood was quiet, with the exception of the mad squirrel that enjoyed throwing pine cones, and scolding us for interrupting her fall gathering. 10/10 highly recommend staying here.

We loved the house and wished we could have taken advantage of ALL it had to offer! Perfect for 6 adults and a granddaughter! The hosts are especially wonderful, allowing us an early check in to accommodate nap schedule (for the granddaughter not us 😂). The house is well equipped, the outdoor space fantastic. We had fun family golf competitions! The hosts are great communicators.

Great accommodations for a family trip. Great beach access and being able to have the ability to use beach items already at the condo was great! Only thing I would add would be a larger trash can for the kitchen area.
