The view of the beach was the reason I selected this condo, and it was everything I had hoped for. We rented a one bedroom condo that also had a sleeper in the living room and a set of bunks in the hallway. The size was adequate for my husband and me, but I believe more adults in the unit would have felt crowded. The bathroom was small.

The unit is NOT a 2 bedroom unit. The "2nd" bedroom is a bunkbed behind a curtain with no dresser or space at all. Location and unit itself was great but this is not a 2 bedroom unit and should not be advertised as such.

We was so pleased with this property. So full of charm and the location is awesome. Only a short few blocks from the beach and center street. The owners were awesome and very patient with my numerous questions and concerns and replied promptly. We will be back for sure. Thank you!

This is a fabulous house. We ended up using all the bedrooms and for a couple of nights the basement as a bedroom during our family reunion for a week. The space was clean, crazy close to a dock to pick up a water taxi, and spacious enough to comfortably fit our group. We would highly recommend it.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this great property in La Quinta! We were there to see the tennis at Indian wells but found so much else to do as well. The house is very well equipped and the management is very responsive and easy to contact. I highly recommend this property for families or friends. We did not use the pool but it looked awesome!
