This was a pleasant adventure for my family, My daughter lives in Portland and we were looking for the perfect location to celebrate her birthday.This is the perfect place to game and enjoy your family also very quiet neighborhood,you have everything you need and is very clean.

Really easy walk into town between 10-15 min, depending on where you're headed. Great conjoined common area/kitchen/dining room, perfect for big groups. Nice add with the hot tub for an additional social space. Well equipped with kitchen items, spices, a cooler. Pretty vertical space with two flights of stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was in order. From the original rental itself to the follow up entry instructions in advance of the trip. The condo has every convenience that we wanted. It was clean and has a great porch and view.Day 3 of the month as of this writing and no problems at all. B.Miller

This condo was delightful and very comfortable! Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient under the building and the location was perfect to easily drive to skiing at Copper Mtn, Breck and Arapahoe Basin. Thank you for a nice experience!

Great place, everything was as advertised by iTrip. Mark was great host throughout the booking and stay. He is very responsive in replying. The house nicely accommodated 6 adults and grandkids. Close to Tiger Tail beach entrance. Nicely equipped with beach chairs, wagon, and beach toys for the little ones. Thank you
