Had a great time. Few minor issues with property. Left list with property manager. Only major issue was exhaust vent over the stovetop range. During windy conditions dust and debris from outside enters unit. Having been a general contractor for 35 years my guess is the roof vent is stuck in the open position. We drove down from Fort Wayne Indiana. We were there at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club from Sunday night through Thursday night. The accommodations, local restaurants, beaches, and everything we encountered were fabulous !!

The locations was great, and the home was new with vaulted ceilings and made it very welcoming. Great that it had a den in the basement, so if you have kids or teenagers staying with you they have a place to hang out. it was a newer townhome, so the finishes were very nice.

Very clean and simply decorated. Back yard is sloping and deer roam. .. you don't want your pet to be off leash. Must climb rocks to get to river for paddle boarding, but river great for this. Kitchen adequate but amount of serving ware is sparse. Overall it turned into a wonderful vacation spot once learned its idiosyncrancies.

Great location. Close to everything. Unit was clean and organized and everything we needed. Signed up again for March 2020. Could use more chairs on balcony and for kitchen table as there are only 3 for balcony and 4 for kitchen table.
