We loved staying here for a few key reasons. First, the location! Being walking distance to pier park, we only drove one time for firefly restaurant. The condo has great views of the ocean. The complex has 2 of the best pools in the area plus a Tiki bar. Excellent clean beach as usual! That’s the real reason we’ve been coming back so many times. Can’t go wrong with this place!

Awesome 3 bedroom condo on Kure Beach!!! Great views, clean, newly renovated condo and would recommend this place to friends and family and hope to stay there again. Management company had excellent communication with prior to trip and during, answering any questions promptly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great time at the Mint House! The beds and sheets are comfy. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Super quiet location. Great hangout spaces upstairs and downstairs. Walk to Sugarhouse park super close. Close to shops and restaurants and close to the UofU. We would totally stay here again!

The resort and rooms were beautiful. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The condos had everything that we needed. I do recommend renting both 4914 A & B units. It was enough room for a family of 5. One problem that we did have was that the toilet paper holder in the bathroom fell off the first night. That, however, was not a big deal.

A Folly Good Time!

This condo was perfect. Great location at the foot of the bridge that leads to the gorgeous beach and the center of town. Very clean, plenty of room, nice floor plan. And just a short drive to Charleston. The property manager was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely come to Folly Beach and rent this condo again! Thanks for a "Folly" good time!
