Great condo! We stayed in Avalon #801. We had 14 stay very comfortably. 7 were children. Great beach access, great pools! Beautiful property! We had a great time! We would all recommend this facility!

I was really surprised on how clean the house was. Check-in was easy and iTrip even called to make sure everything was okay. Only negative was some of the furniture could be updated and add some additional slats under the bunk beds. Highly recommend this house because of location. Short walk to beach and short drive to restaurants and other activities. Would stay there again.

Immaculately clean! Great space. Close to beach, St Armands Circle, Sarasota. Definitely would return. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. It would be fabolous to keep basic & essential cooking supplies: salt, pepper, oil. Alot of waste & expense to be able to cook.

Had an awesome time! Great time of year, weather was perfect! Everyone loved room 1308. All the views in this corner unit were beautiful. Loved watching the sun set in the west. Beds were very comfortable and the layout of condo was very nice! Nice pool and hot tub.

The house is very nice. The bedrooms downstairs with the two queen beds are very comfortable and very accommodating. The only criticism would be that the three beds upstairs weren’t felt to be particularly comfortable. Otherwise, as mentioned, the house is very nice, and we would definitely consider staying there again.
