Even though the weather ended up not cooperating it was a very enjoyable trip for all. Easy to get into and everything was just like it was suppose to be. Could not have asked for things to have gone smoother. Look forward to another trip and will certainly stay here again.

We cannot say enough about the staff at Sarasota Beach Vacations, Loretta, Jerry and Ahn. In all our worldly travels, never have we experienced such professional, attentive service and kindness! We survived two hurricanes during our stay and every problem was met immediately and with a smile from Jerry. We give them 10 stars and will recommend them highly to all friends and family!

I rented out a beach house for Christmas with my family . At first I was a little skeptical because I never used iTrip before. They kept in communication with me up until the trip. Everything was amazing! The house was spacious and clean. There was a shuttle that took us to the pool/beach. I would definitely recommend and rebook in the future.

We stayed here to visit some family and explore Portland. This was a great place for all of our needs. Very well cleaned, spacious rooms and living room, and nice backyard. It was on a quiet street, very close to the park. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay- cute decor, great location, amazing balcony. Onsite security was appreciated, only wish the door to the unit had a deadbolt. Our code was deactivated early and two of us got locked out while the third was in the shower on our last morning. That was really the only negative we experienced. Would stay here again.
