Very happy with our stay! The house is very cute and absolutely lives up to its charming name! Love all the space inside and out, very peaceful and quiet, and we had everything we needed! We have a few more trips planned throughout the year and can't wait to stay here again!

The ITrip people were great. Communication was awesome. They also allowed us to store our luggage at their office before check in and after check out. That solved a big issue as we had several hours before we could check in and after checkout. I highly recommend them.

To say it's the best is putting it mildly! Loved the condo layout, etc., the view, accessibility to the beach...everything with one exception. The beds were not comfortable. Hopefully there will be a solution before we go again next year 😊

We have been staying at San Carlos for the last 4 years. This was our first stay in 303. Perfect location, well decorated and maintained. Plenty of room for dining in for 8. The only suggestion I can come up with is maybe another chair or 2 on the balcony. The wrought iron table and chairs were not too comfortable or "beachy". This is a minor issue. Overall, we would certainly return to this unit.

We had a great experience at Sea Grove 304! It was clean, close to a lot of great restaurants and very easy check in and out. The place has lots of little things you may have forgotten to bring. I would highly recommend this place.
