Great beach access spot. Very clean condo with all amenities we could have needed. Even had beach chairs and towels! Clean / tidy.. and owners very responsive via text as we checked in an hour early and had a few questions along the way :). Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Ruff Tide! We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the home. The beds were all comfortable as well. Looking forwarding to visiting in the summer so we can enjoy the pool and backyard!

This property was everything it advertised. The pictures of the property were exactly like the pictures on the web site. It was very clean and well stocked as promised! We had 11 family members and it was spacious enough for privacy. The instructions on checking in and out were easy to follow. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lodge at Brookside. The accommodations were very comfortable and plenty of amenities. We were so close to Arrowhead entrance and also parking lots for Beavercreek. Lots of great restaurants in Avon and Edwards! Nice warm garage to park in. Easy communication with the rental agency and the owners.

We were pleasantly surprised how cute and cozy this little home was. The fire place made it extra cozy after a long day of traveling. We did a lot of relaxing before our daily adventures. The toilet did have a small leak but the owner took care of it immediately and we were never disappointed with their communication. We would definitely return if our adventures led us back to this cute spot!
