We can't say enough nice things about the location, amenities, and cleanliness of this unit. It was spotless upon our arrival and completely ready for our enjoyment. This is a wonderful, well appointed condo. The view of the beach is amazing with the maximized windows. The balcony and water view opposite the beach was also great. Everything was very clean and in order. Easy entry, easy trash, easy beach access. We appreciated the variety of appliances and cooking materials. We would love to visit again!

Place was great, love the location, walk to town & Lahaina beaches. Would be nice to have an outdoor deck to sit outside @ unit. Not a big deal, short walk to pool & pool deck & BBQ's Looked like there is a leak in the guest bathroom faucet, water on counter. We didn't want to pay the $20 daily parking fee, so we parked on the street.

Oak Tree Manor was clean upon arrival and had room for everyone (parents, a teenager and a college student). It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood between Charleston, Folly Beach and John's Island. Grocery stores, pharmacies, food, gas etc. are all close by. The park pass was a great bonus as we were able to take advantage of the Charleston County parks on Folly and Kiawah Islands.
