The place was just as pictured in the ads. Customer service replies were almost instantaneous. Easy beach access and easy walk to upscale Rosemary Beach. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in a rental. The water was somewhat “sulfurous” so I’d recommend guests bring bottled drinking water. Not suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs.

Very nice place. Would like to rent same place for next year. Only suggestion would be to put some night lights in rooms and hallways so you don’t have to turn bright lights on in the middle of the night.

Our family enjoyed the property and its accommodations. It was exactly as the pictures. The location was perfect, and literally you could go to the historic spots, restaurants and shops by walking. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We can’t wait to come back to St. Augustine, 64 Hypolita will be our first option. Definitely, We recommend it 100%.

We found SSB&RC 4912 suited our needs perfectly. The pool area was clean and the beach was easily accessed. I spoke to iTrip representatives a couple of times and received excellent customer service each time! I would use them again!

Great property, fantastic views of the balboa bay and the ocean, and a very short and beautiful walk to lookout Park with even more fantastic views. Quiet and very home like feeling in the house, a wonderful experience
