Outstanding Views of the Sound!

We had a wonderful stay at this very quiet and spacious villa. It was incredibly comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the views were second-to-none! Watching dolphins play in the sunset through the large windows in each bedroom was truly special. It was a perfect way for our family of four to start 2024!

The room was very nice, comfortable and functional with a great view but the building is a bit dated and maintenance work was being done on it while we were there. The Alexa Dot wasn't working during our stay but will be a nice addition when functional. Nice welcome gift upon our arrival was appreciated.

We stayed here with a group of friends. We chose this place for the location and we thought it would be central. Wow it really was. No better location for our needs. The condo was nicely renovated and has nearly everything we need (no oven mitts, no potholders, no pizza cutter). We enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

Beautiful house, with amazing deck and privacy with breath taking view. We absolutely loved this place, and would highly recommend it. Marsha greeted us with a welcoming gift, and gave us much needed info of the folly beach area.

iTrip is Great to work with. Water's Edge 908 was Great. Very nicely decorated love the colors. Everything with the Condo was super nice. Only thing that was not good was that the Hot Tub was closed during the week for construction work on the building. But was open on the weekends. It didn't take away from Us enjoying Our time there.
