We had a great stay at this location. The house was very clean, great location to the lifts and downtown and the rental company was very commmunicative leading up to our stay. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed everything about this property. Everything we needed was provided. Everything was clean and in good condition. We were steps from the beach. The weather was perfect so we were able to open the window and listen to the waves all the time we were in the condo. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

The house was perfect for our few days stay. A/C worked great and plenty of room. Just a short walk across the bridge to historic downtown St Augustine. Quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed 1 week in H267. Although there were a few things that needed repair or updating, the condo was comfortable, had a great view over the lower pool and bay, and the folks from iTrip were thorough, efficient and kind.

The facility is in the last 3% of a renovation. Everything looks great. The floors have been epoxied and new balcony handrails. The unit has new decor, tile floors, fairly spacious. We would rent again! The view was fantastic.
