We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything was comfortable and and view was perfect! We had two couples and it was big enough to not feel crowded... Could easily fit another two people with the sleeper sofa that was available. The keyless entry really made the checking in and out a breeze!

Our experience was outstanding. The beach/surf have been so enjoyable and SO PRIVATE. It's so great that the house has 2 umbrellas and sufficient chairs to use at the beach. The A/C works well - which is needed this week! The furnishings are newer and robust. The beds are newer and comfortable. The appliances are great. We have 3 generations here and it has been outstanding for all involved.

This is our second year at Banyan 498, and there will be plenty years ahead for us too! Very clean, love the space and the resort speaks for itself ! Loved the updated garage floor, so clean and fresh! Can’t wait to come back !

This place has everything. Gourmet kitchen tools, great entertainment space indoors and outdoors, neighboring animals and wonderful privacy. Such a cool home that was designed in great detail. It's almost everything you could ever ask for in a home. Definitely would stay longer if we could. Thanks iTrip!

The people are great. Everyone we dealt with did a great job. The number one problem with this condo is the bed. It is worn out. I had read before we rented it that the bed was not comfortable but we needed some place in a hurry so we rented it. I would not stay here again just because of the bed. Of course the unit could use paint and a few other things but it was Okay.
