Great room in a great area. Very nicely decorated, and well stocked kitchen. Great views from the balcony. We had a great week, even with the first day being Hurricane Nate! Would highly recommend Marlin Key 3b.

Such a nice house to be right on the beach. Plenty of room for our family to have separate spaces and common area. Huge deck which could be made better with some more chairs(there are only four) but otherwise excellent. Full outdoor bathroom below the house to run up and use and shower off before heading in the house.

We just spent four nights at the house with four teenage boys and everything was great. We cooked breakfasts and dinners and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed including a Keurig and grilling tools. The boys used the hot tub every day after skiing which was a big hit as well as the den setup to just hang out. iTrip made everything easy and was great about communication.

This house was perfect for a 6-person golf trip. The outdoor environment including pool, hot tub, and rooftop deck w/panoramic views was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty big space for our group as well. Quiet and big lot for privacy.

My daughter and I stayed at cool blow while our husbands went Elk hunting in Colorado! It was perfect for the two of us. Very close to the beach and night heron park! It is also a great location to ride bikes to fresh fields (we did that too). Very clean and decorated very well.
