We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset One for our summer trip to Breckenridge. Plenty of room to spread out and the downstairs area is perfect for kids. Short walk to and from Main Street in one direction and hiking trail to Sawmill Reservoir in the other.

This condo was comfortable, very clean and stocked with all essentials. My family enjoyed our stay here! Checkin prices and communication of all of the details were timely and clear. Very smooth experience. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again !

I almost hesitate to write this because I just want to keep this rental for myself! We had a wonderful experience…. Kitchen is stocked amazingly well. Plenty of room… beach is truly just a minute or two walk away. I love that the house isn’t right in the middle of the main shopping area. We’ll be back for sure!

Great October long weekend

House is well suited to keep all entertained in any kind of weather (it was really rainy and high swells). Awesome layout for our group. Loved location further south in Kure to get to Fort Fisher (4wd on the beach great for rainy day) (dog friendly beach) or drive to end and see a lovely sunset. Host response time is fast, two thumbs up.
