It was a good value. We enjoyed our stay. Nice to be near the beach, and be able to walk to several eating establishments as well as the grocery store.Shower in back bedroom needs attention. Water just sort of dribbles out. It can be used, but should be much better.

We had such a great time at Eva Place! Everything was exactly as described, it was easy to get in for check in, and there was lots of space! We loved the large kitchen and multiple living spaces as well as the backyard. It was a perfect property and location for our bachelorette group of 10 guests. Communication was very quick and timely. We have no complaints!

Great Beach House ~ truly on the beach

Our family enjoyed the getaway to Sea Isle Beach, at this pet friendly house. The 4 bedrooms are roomy, TVs in each room +Den, fully stocked kitchen. There's plenty of parking, The host is easy to reach. You can't go wrong with this rental.

We had a great time and the condo is decorated beautifully! The layout is very nice with the bunk beds in a small room. It is more like three bedrooms. The view is amazing and everything is conveniently located - parking and pools. The beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. We will be back!

This vacation was our second summer vacation in a row at Captain’s Quarters in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The home is immaculately maintained and oh so convenient to the beautiful beach and emerald waters of Santa Rosa Beach. Great restaurants along 30a are close and the neighborhood pool is refreshing, as well. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else for a beach paradise trip!
