This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we very much enjoy the space and location. No real areas of improvement or suggestions other than to be a bit more forthcoming in the pricing. We were quoted a rate of $150/night, but after all the fees and taxes, we're paying over $300/night. Seems an exorbitant amount of fees and taxes.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was comfortable spacious and clean. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of pools to enjoy and my kids had fun playing tennis. It had all the amenities we needed. Can’t wait to come back next year.

The view, the view, the view, is all I can say, the view is literally a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW, the condo was nice, everything is provided for you, all you need to have is food, nicely furnished. I am one who don't sweat the small stuff, so too me it was a 10 plus with 10 being excellent. Did I mention the VIEW

Loved this spacious ranch house in Pagosa Springs. We have been up to Pagosa for the Colorfest weekend and our small group of eight had a great time ballooning in the mornings and playing golf in the afternoons. Will do it again next September.

The place was great but... We had planned this trip for quite a while. I had my boat with a reserved boat slip. Unfortunately due to tropical storm Cindy, the boat never left my trailer and we hardly had a chance to use the lazy river. We had to stay indoors. Kind of put a damper on the whole vacation.
