condo was very nice, decorated just adorable ! had everything you needed including your own washer and dryer. great beach and large sun deck......very quiet and relaxing. Love that you put in a code on your door to lock and unlock it and don't have to keep track of keys. Only one suggestion, carpets look dirty ( I think they are clean just stained) new flooring would put it over the top !

The location in St. Augustine was great and the apartment was great for a little trip. The beds weren't the *most* comfortable, but we managed. As a warning, a bunch of the bars and restaurants close on Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays (sometimes without warning) and so we were a bit disappointed by that (although that had nothing to do with the apartment).

Beautiful home in a great location

The house is beautiful and kept very clean. The location is also great! Only about an 8 minute Uber to the base of Park City / Main Street. And there were plenty of Uber’s available so there was no need for us to rent a car. iTrip is very responsive and answered any questions immediately after sending a message. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect relaxing get away

Very relaxing. We have literally stared at the waterfall for days. The ultimate slow down and chill kind of location. Close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to go for entertainment but you won't want to leave!

Loretta was very helpful and accommodating during my whole stay. The place was in perfect condition and in a perfect location. Literally walking distance from a lot of bars, restaurants and shopping. The organic gelato place was one of my favorite places to go. If you want to go a little further there's a free trolly that runs daily. Will definitely be back!
