We did enjoy our stay but have to say this was not our first choice due to the steps and the fact that the living level was on the second floor and the pool was on ground level. The property manager was able to find this place for us due to a septic problem at our original rental. However this home was very comfortable and clean and we were happy to have a place to stay that smelled that way!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! We liked that the condo was a short walk to the Snowmass Mall which was convenient for dining, shopping, and catching the bus to the other ski mountains. The ski-in-ski-out location was also great! The hot tub was soothing after a full day of skiing. The parking for our vehicle was convenient.

The screened-in porches do not disappoint. Plenty of seating and a nice breeze even in July. The fans also help keep the air moving. The outdoor shower was a plus. It was also nice to have a garage with a remote for the car—a great home in a convenient location to downtown and the beaches.

We've stayed at many places on St Pete Beach and this place was one of the best! The location was awesome along with everything you need in a kitchen. Even though it was not oceanfront, there were still incredible views of the ocean and beach. It felt like we were facing the ocean. The condo is very spacious and very clean. We will definitely be back!

This place is fantastic!!! Great location and wonderful for a large group. We visited just before Labor Day with friends from college and their small children. We easily walked to town, the mountain for hiking and activities, and nearby playgrounds!!! The house was perfect for a large group and had everything we needed!!!!
