The condo had everything we needed and was located in a great spot! Checking in, parking and checking out were easy. It’s close to everything, yet not over crowded or noisy. The pool and beach were easy to access. We enjoyed our stay in the condo and will be back.

This is a perfect family villa for an Orlando holiday, not far from the theme parks and tucked away in a nice quiet area. The villa is modern, clean, stylish, and much more spacious than we were expecting - all of us genuinely really pleased with it and would happily book again in the future. Itrip / Premier Properties are really helpful and friendly, normally replying to emails within minutes!

This place is awesome, right on the water and easy access to the beach. Our teenage sons could walk right out front and surf, fish, snorkel, etc. It's less than a mile from a good grocery store, it pretty much has everything! The only thing I can think of to 'complain' about was that there is no jacuzzi. The complex has a pool but no spa which was kind of a bummer.

We had another great beach vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. The sand, the warm water, and plenty of sun shine made it memorable. And while it was great to reminisce about previous times at IRB when our daughters were small and giggly, it was great spending it with our high school aged daughters :-). Thanks iTrips for making this year’s beach vacation memorable.

Find Up is great beach house located right across form the beautiful beach!! Pleantunof room we had 8 adults and were not Crowley at all!! The outside porches are big and a feast gathering place to hang out as well!! I give Fins Up a 5 star!!
