Spent weekend visiting wineries in the area with daughter and son celebrating their birthdays, had a few family and friends join. House and location were great, very close to many wineries and restaurants. Would definitely stay in this property again. Very much appreciate the promptness of the contact for this house, they were quick to respond to our questions. Great time!

Clean and nicely appointed condo located right above the Treehouse and next to Village Express. Great management and communication. Smooth check-in/out process; key mailed in advance and easy to access the unit and garage. Plenty of towels, keys and necessities. First time using iTrip and didn’t know what to expect but everything went smoothly from start to finish.

We had a terrific week in the house at 10 st John's way. What a gem! Well stocked kitchen, great pool. Yard where lizards could be caught and golf balls collected... I completely recommend this house. We had 8 people, (2 were kids) and it was a perfect size for us & 3 vehicles.

This house was the best we have ever rented. The entire group felt this way. There were so many areas to sit and talk. There was plenty of room for the kids to play. The kitchen had everything we needed and beyond. The walk to the beach was not long and very easy. We are renting it again next year!!!!!

This was a wonder location and nice space. I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately the beds are HARD so much it was torture for me to sleep. Also another issue only one roll or toilet paper per bathroom! Really it would be nice to at least have 2. Otherwise the place is very clean, easy access, equipped kitchen with spacious fridge. Nice to walk over to the marina to see sunset and relax.
