We visited with our three kids under 10. They loved the place. Easy access to everything and a nice walk to the historic district and St Georges St. They even supplied some beach toys and chairs for a trip to Velano Beach. Plenty of household supplies. Would stay again.

The Blue Goat was a great place to stay. We had a three generation family of 10 that was very comfortable. Plenty of room for all of us. Location was perfect! We loved the private pier out to the quiet lagoon and easy walk across the street to the beautiful beach. House had everything we needed. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again!

Cascades unit 1 is our new favorite place to stay in Steamboat! This townhouse is super roomy and feels like home. All of the beds are amazingly comfortable! It is beautifully appointed and warm with a great deck. Jason from i.trip makes sure your visit is perfect and is alway available! We look forward to our next stay!!

Rental was very clean. It had all essentials needed for convenience. It was just 4 blocks from the shopping and tourism sites. Traffic was a little hectic, but expected seeing how it was a busy tourist area. Would rent there again, if in the area.

Awesome place to stay for a mountain getaway. Walking distance to Main Street and hot tubs were delightful. Nice kitchen, fireplace and living room area. Owners very responsive and helped with any needs. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable would be my only complaint. If adults plan on sleeping on the pull out couch bring extra bedding.
