INDOOR

The property entry is located in the beautiful gated courtyard. The gate offers privacy and grand entry. The Formal living room offers ample seating, high ceilings, a fireplace, and views of the backyard and pool area. This is a great place to relax with friends & family! The dining room seats 6 comfortably. The Great Room is an open design with a large HDTV, Fireplace, and casual dining for 8 flows into the fully equipped, gourmet Kitchen with its ample granite countertops and stainless appliances. Just down the hall is a powder room for the convenience of your guests. The detached Casita is located just across the courtyard, adjacent to the driveway, and offers great views of the San Jacinto Mountains, nicely furnished with a Queen Bed, a Twin Bed, a TV with Roku, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower, and large closet. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use. The garage has space for only one vehicle.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

Main Suite: Luxurious King Bed, Cable TV, Opens onto the swimming pool and patio. The Main en suite bath has dual vanities, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a boutique closet. Guestroom 1 has a King Bed and TV with Roku. Guestroom 2 has a Queen Bed and TV with Roku. Between Guestrooms 1 and 2 is a full bath with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a soaking tub. The detached Casita Queen Bed, Twin Bed, and a TV with Roku

OUTDOORS

The property features, a beautiful pool with an elevated spa for 6. The backyard is open and surrounded by trees. The 4-burner BBQ is located under the patio cover, offers a great view of the pool, and is located close to the outdoor dining table. Soak up some sun in the chaise lounges! The Community Tennis Courts are 1 block away and can be used day or night.

THINGS TO DO

Conveniently located close to everything the Valley has to offer, 3 minutes from grocery, gas, and restaurants, 8 minutes from El Paseo ( World Class Shopping), 8 minutes from the River ( Restaurants, theaters, shopping), 15 minutes from Palm Springs, 2.5 hours from Disneyland. Central to a wide variety of Golf courses, Live Entertainment, Casinos, Palm Springs Airport, Joshua Tree National Park 50 minutes, 13 minutes from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 9 minutes to Giraffe feeding at the Living Desert.

REMINDERS: Minimum Age to rent: 25 years old. No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement.

POOL HEAT

Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.

GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, & must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest (MG) is responsible for behavior of all occupants.

Maximum OCCUPANCY is provided in the property listing. 2 people per bedroom.  

No excessive NOISE allowed beyond the property. City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) & musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. & 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in fines, & removal from property without refund.

1 CAR is allowed per bedroom. Guests must use garage & driveway parking. No street parking, no boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
 
If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire. For pet friendly properties please disclose if bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable fee of $250 is required. Pets allows only if under 35 lbs and one pet. Unauthorized pets will result in fee of $500. 

SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property.  Smoke smell/odor found post departure authorizes manager to remediate the smoke smell, & the main guest will incur a fee of $2.10 per sq. ft. times the property square footage per title records.

BBQ only be used if provided by the Owner & do not relocate BBQ. Open flame is prohibited, I.E candle burning, charcoal BBQ’s. Do not dismantle smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. 

All guests & responsible occupant acknowledge use of the pool/spa amenities increase the risk of injury &/or death. POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Use of Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property.

POOL HEATING may be added to your booking. Daily pool heating fee is based on current rates of Natural Gas and size of the pool. Please inquire with the booking agent for a quote. 

The manager will request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in.  Main guest may be required to sign additional agreements. No refunds for early depatures. 

UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE must be reported to the manager prior to departure. Accidental property damage is covered up to $1,500 by LDW Fee in your booking fee. Accidental damage not reported during the stay will be treated as intentional damage & the cost will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.

If  property is no longer able to honor this reservation due to unforeseen circumstances & out of Manager’s or Owner’s control, Manager will issue a full refund immediately to the Responsible Occupant.

Reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, &/or balance of rental payment. If any occupant violates any terms of this agreement, PDVP may terminate this Agreement. PDVP will notify the Responsible Occupant of agreement termination, & the Responsible Occupant will vacate the promise within 3 hours.

Building Codes that are applicable for residential homes are not required for handicap accessibility. This home is not ADA compliant. Manager is not aware of any toxic fungus/mold or other mold which may exceed allowable levels.

Palm Desert Vacation Properties, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

The MAIN GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, and must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest is responsible for behavior of other occupants.

One CAR is allowed per bedroom. Assigned parking spaces may apply for properties located within an HOA. Guests must use garage parking and driveway parking first. No street parking is allowed.

For pet friendly properties please disclose if you will be bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable pet fee of $200 is required. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fee of $500.

If accidental damage is not reported during the stay, it will be treated as intentional damage and the cost of the damage will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.

POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use of  Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property. 

POOL HEATING is not included in the rental rate for 27 day or longer stays from October trough April. Pool heating may be added to your booking at the rate of $35 per day.

Guest Bookings 27 days or longer require a Security Deposit of $2,500. 

​AFTER booking confirmation, the property manager may request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in.  Main guest may be required to sign and execute additional agreements including HOA Rules prior to check in.

Perfect.location in Ranch Mirage for access to everything. Home is extremely well equippled with everything you need for a long stay. The furnishings are showing their age and should be updated however were very comfortable. Lots of seating inside and out. The pool and spa are lovely. Would not hesitate to book again. Property managers are first rate, responsive and always checking to make sure I was happy.

I would like to thank the owners for allowing my wife and I and friends to stay in their little piece of paradise for the month of November. The home came fully equiped in every room. We loved the outdoor space to enjoy the visiting birds and soaking in the spa. We enjoyed eating every meal outdoors. Boris was very attentive to our needs if any issue arose. I looked to see if March was available next year but unfortunately it wasn"t. I will definitley first look to rent this home on future visits to the desert. Thank you for allowing us to thouroughly enjoy our stay. I recomend this home to anyone looking for conrnience and comfort.

A safe and happy place!

We loved our stay at the Versailles in Rancho Mirage California! Nicole made sure it was cleaned perfectly before we arrived. The home was well equipped with more than we needed! There were very clear instructions on how everything functioned and notes in cupboards and on machines, to clarify any questions. Nicole was easily accessible if we had any extra questions. The tennis courts were always available and the grounds and the pool were nicely maintained. A bonus was the grapefruit and lemon trees which produced plenty of fruit to keep us happy every day. The kitchen was well equipped and all the bedrooms were large and well appointed. We needed good internet service for work and the connection was strong. The owner of this home obviously takes pride in her home and wants to be a great host to whoever stays at her home. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Warm home in a Covid World

Everything was exceptional...my mom fell and I needed an extended stay with everything shut down...Nicole was right there to help at every turn...WiFi, brownouts, channel changer and rejuggling dates...we will definitely be back!

We love the house and the property manager is the best we booked for 2 months next year, we like many others were ordered to stay at home , it was the best place to be because of the pool and Spa and good weather, the property manager even called to make sure we were alright during the pandemic

Lovely house, great area

We truly enjoyed our month-long stay at this gorgeous home. The home was beautifully decorated and so clean, it looked brand new! The house was perfectly stocked for everything we could want and more. The home was very spacious with comfortable beds and one of the quietest neighborhood I've ever stayed in. I have to admit the pool could use some TLC as it has seen some rough wear and tear due to the sand that blows in when it is windy. I would definitely recommend and rent this home again.

This is the third time we have stayed in the property. Once again the house did not disappoint - it suited our family aged from 2 to 60s perfectly. It is close to several grocery stores and it is easy to reach anywhere in the valley from this location. The house and pool are well-equipped with everything you might need for a good family holiday. It is a spacious home with plenty of room for us to be all together or to spend time separably. It is very clean and everything is in good repair. The pool and spa were the highlights of our holiday again this year although being able to take the children bike riding safely in the complex came a close second. Nicole who facilitates the rental is very responsive on her phone and in person and deals with any minor issues that arise quickly. We have already booked for next year and can't wait!

Another lovely vacation

This is the second time we have rented this home for a month. It was the perfect place for our family to get together and enjoy some sunshine at the end of a Canadian winter. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay feel like a home away from home. The pool and spa were the highlight for all of us! Nicole was very helpful with the minor issues we had, resolving them very quickly.

We arrived Feb 1st and had a few glitches with the pool but got them handled immediately, we called 3 or 4 times and they responded immediately on other issues the property is nice and comfortable and satisfied all our need,rental agency very responsible we are taking it again next year for a month

I rented this home for myself and some friends to unwind for the Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. The property manager was accessible and available before and during the stay to answer any needs, although we didn't have many. This was the ideal home to relax, unwind, BBQ and say good bye to the summer.

My group was more than happy with this house. This house had EVERYTHING we needed. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties and this one exceeded all of them. Nicole and Terry are top notch and were very helpful with everything we needed. This is definitely on top of my list and will definitely contact them again for my next stay in Palm Springs.
