This Vail Trails East Condo will make your stay in the heart of Vail a breeze. With easy walkability to lifts and Vail Village you can park your car in the free space in front of the condo and never have to drive. You are steps away from Golden Peak lift and minutes from the famous back bowls of Vail Resort. The bustle of Vail Villages’ finest dining and shopping is just a short stroll away, yet the property is quietly nestled on the banks of Gore Creek.

This charming condo is equipped with everything you need to make your vacation complete. The one level unit features an open living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table for 4 guests a full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.


The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and en suite bathroom, while bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. Bedroom 2 has use of the full guest bathroom located in the hallway and both bedrooms feature a mounted flat screen TV. Each bedroom looks out onto the rushing Gore Creek, known for its famous Gold Medal fly-fishing waters. Vail Trails is one of the best locations in Vail and is a child-friendly walk to Golden Peak Ski School.

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

This was my 2nd stay Vail Trails East 7A and I plan to return. The space has everything you need and is a close and easy walk into Vail Village. In the warmer months, you can open the windows and hear Gore Creek or sit on the front patio and enjoy the view.

Great Location to Amphitheatre and Vail Village

Home was exactly as described and lots of amenities for our family! Host was very responsive...and per my preference, we were in contact via text to answer all my questions. We stayed here to attend a summer concert at the Amphitheatre and it was perfect walking distance - only 7 mins. We made friends with some local homeowners and got some wonderful dining recommendations in Vail Village!

Our 2BR 2BA apartment is located East Vail with 5 minutes walk to center and to Betty Ford gardens. The unit was well equipped with all the necessary appliances, glasses and dinner ware. Excellent king beds and baths. We were very happy with our rental. The only suggestion I have is to make sure you have the check in instructions before you arrive.

Our stay at Trails East in Vail was perfect for our visit with our grandson. It was walking distance to the village shops and restaurants and so convenient. We could park right outside our door. Everything in the house was so well maintained and the fully loaded kitchen was a huge plus. We would happily stay again.

Great Location

We enjoyed staying in VTE 7A - it's a comfortable 2 bdr unit in a great location. We know Vail very well, usually staying closer to the Solaris, but we found this location to be preferable for us. It's an easy, short (one stop), free bus ride up to Golden Peak and chair 6 (my preferred way to get to the slopes) or a short walk to Vail Village and Gondola 1). While still centrally located, it's also a quieter location than many. The unit is fine, adequate, comfortable. If you are looking for a place with the latest features and styling, choose a different place, but this place is priced right and is comfortable. My only small objection/suggestion is to replace the King mattress. It's comfortable enough, but there are dips on either side (advantage: you won't easily roll over to your partners side of the bed ;-). You don't need a car in this location, but if you have one, parking for one car is offered and is easy. Access/check-in/check-out was easy. I'd be happy to rent this unit again.

Great place near Golden Peak

We had an unforgettable week in Vail. The unit was sparkling clean and very confortable for a family of four. It has a free parking spot right in front; however, it is not required to drive since the unit is very close to Vail Village with plenty of places to eat and walk around. If you are planning to go during winter, the Golden Peak lifts are easy to reach either by bus or by a short walk. I highly recommend this place.

We have previously stayed in Beaver Creek and decided to give Vail a try. Vail Trails East had a great location which was walking distance to Vail Village and most lifts. Condo was perfect size for our family of four and management was most helpful in retrieving a lost stuffed animal. We plan to be back next year.

The best attributes of this apartment are the very central location and the helpfulness of the support staff. We had a minor issue with the fire and someone was their to fix it in about a hour. Impressive! On the negative the place is a bit tired or dated depending on your vocabulary. Things like the the ski cupboard being unable to take snow boards, the old mattresses on the beds being uncomfortable and the old kitchen utensils. Overall good but could have been better.

UPDATE: Thank you for sharing your experience. The King mattress was replaced in October 2017 and the headboards/frames on the twin mattresses have been replaced. New carpet was also installed 2 weeks ago (January 2018). We would love the chance to welcome you again in hopes you find the condo more comfortable.

Great location in Vail Village, spacious, and well appointed, in particular, a very nice new kitchen and new bathrooms.The beds, and bedding, however, need to be upgraded. No comforters and no selection of different types of pillows. Would definitely stay in this unit again

The King mattress is now brand new, it was replaced in October 2017 and the twin bed frames were replaced at the same time. We have all new white bedding on the beds with plenty of pillows on each bed along with new carpet that was installed in January 2018. AMAZING Location!

This property couldn't be better location-wise. For our family, proximity to Ski School was a huge factor and this place did not disappoint. It's about a 200 yard walk to ski school and the grownups can take a lift right from the same spot after dropoff and head right up the mountain. We were there with a nanny and newborn and we were able to easily go in at lunch to feed the baby and be back out on the slopes in an hour. The unit itself is fine. It's comfortable and neat, if a little small. But we'll take location over luxury anytime!

Excellent Vacation

Terrific place to stay. Only 5 minute walk to Golden Peak Ski School for our kids. Vail shuttle bus stop right next to the complex. Minor issues were taken care of quick. Will recommend this place and will definitely stay here again in a future visit.
