This lovely condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 3 and is open to the dining area that seats 6 guests. The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sectional, 42” flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace.

Less than a 10 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola, Vail Resorts Snowsports School and Lionshead Ticket Office. Upscale fine dining, bars, night life, family friendly restaurants, and Vail's finest shops and boutiques are all available in Lionshead Village. Take advantage of the free in-town bus route to visit either Vail, Lionshead or Golden Peak. With close proximity to everything, a car is not necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25). We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted with forfeiture of all monies.
  • Check-in time is 4pm, however, it may be as late as 5 or 6pm in peak winter and summer season. 
  • Check-out time is 10am.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of iTrip Vail - Beaver Creek. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $1,000.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected.
  • Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in; normal wear and tear is expected.
  • The maximum number of occupants shall not be exceeded. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises are grounds for eviction.
  • No open flames are permitted on balconies or in the unit with the exception of fire contained within a wood burning fireplace. Do not dismantle smoke detectors. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental activation of smoke detector alarm.
  • There is no daily housekeeping service.  Additional cleaning services can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us in advance for pricing.
  • Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
  • Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, and stereos.
  • iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

The proximity to the mountain was awesome! Walked to amazing Vail village meals and shopping, and could easily get on the interstate to get out and in. The beds were comfy and the parking was easy for our rental car. Would absolutely book this again!

Nestled within beautiful Vail Village, this condo exceeded our expectations! We had a beautiful view of Vail mountain from the living room and enjoyed sitting out on the porch taking it all in. The place was clean and all necessities were provided. The management company had a quick response time and was very pleasant to work with. One constructive detail that I would like to add: extra cabinetry/shelving would have been nice to set hair/skincare products. Overall, I would absolutely recommend and consider staying here again!

We stayed at Scorpio 206 during the 2023 GoPro Mountain Games. It was the ideal location! We were able to walk to all events and could easily stop by the condo in between events for snacks or a quick nap. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of four. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at Vail. The Condo was perfect. Clean, updated, and in the best location between the Vail Village and Lionshead Village. Having the shuttle so close to the Condo made it easy to get all your ski gear to the lifts. The local restaurants were also outstanding. We did not need a rental car as everything you need is right there. We would certainly do it all over again!

The unit 206 was perfect for our family of 5. The bedding was comfortable and the view from the living room was breathtaking. The in town shuttle stopped right outside our condo and dropped us off at Golden Peak. Easy!! Great walking distance to vail village and all the shops and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and the wood burning fireplace was a relaxing touch!!

Next Door to the Four Seasons!

We had a great time in this condo! It is on the 2nd floor but there is an elevator so no worries with gear. Because this unit is on the corner of the building you have a private balcony. Parking is super convenient and gated. It is not extravagant but well furnished and clean.

Vail village was beautiful! We enjoyed staying at this condo because it was centrally located to everything! This unit was right by the stairwell and we were able to walk up and down. This extra exercise helped off-set all the wonder food and beverages we enjoyed while on vacation. Being an end unit was also very private, other tenants did not walk by our door, which was always open to enjoy the wonderfully smelling air and breeze.

Highly recommend this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which had everything you could possibly need in the way of pots, pans, utensils, etc. It was so nice to have a supply of wood for the fireplace right outside our door as well. Vacating the property required next to nothing, not even emptying all of the trash cans (though we did clean up after ourselves and compiled all of the trash) or stripping beds as is the usual. It was such a relaxing and easy stay. The location is phenomenal to Vail Village.

Perfect Location, Great Value

Scorpio 206 was the perfect choice for our family. It's a cozy 2 BR/2BA condo with an updated kitchen and bathrooms. Since it's an end unit, you enjoy a private balcony with a mountain view for morning coffee. The location is ideal-- a short walk into Vail Village, or a gorgeous wooded walk along Gore Creek into Lionshead. The condo is also clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Condo and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at Scorpio 206. The photos are spot on; the unit is well maintained; the bed comfortable; the location convenient to Lionshead Village as well as Vail Village. We did not use the shuttle, but walked everywhere. The view of the mountain from the living room was delightful. The bedroom is located on the road-side of the unit and a bus stop was directly outside of the unit. While there was some bus/car traffic noise, it subsided by 11 pm and didn't disturb our sleep. The traffic did resume fairly early in the mornings, but again, we weren't really troubled by this fact. Overall, we had a positive experience in Vail.

Perfect ski location

Scorpio 206 is in a great location ...very cozy... very clean... very spacious . Me and three other people stayed there for a week and had plenty of room .... 10 minute walk to each gondola .... and they stocked firewood couldn't get any better !...... The communication is great if you can't get in touch with Maureen, there's another number to call and someone always picks up. Would def stay here again.

We rented the Scorpio 2016 for my daughter's wedding. We were walking distance from everything and the bus system is awesome. The unit was clean and the times I needed to reach Maureen, we heard back very quickly and and our needs were met in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place!

The condo was everything we expected. Location can't be beat. Perfect walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead Village. Parking was not a problem and easy access. Entire condo was nice and clean and layout worked well for our family of four.

Good place to stay

Good place to stay. Had a full kitchen with all steel appliances as well as a coffee maker. The refrigerator is full size as well so we only had to make one trip to the grocery at the beginning of the week. Bathrooms are updated. Easy check in and checkout process. Management always responded quickly. Not a 5 star hotel, but for the price and what it comes with, definitely a 5 star.

The condo was in close walking distance to Vail Village and near bus stop for Lions Head. It was comfortable with a nice kitchen, comfortable beds, working TVs and good couch and fireplace. It had close underground parking.

We enjoyed our stay! The title of this review says it all. Condo was cute, nice sized, and a good price to house a group that would have otherwise needed two rooms at a lodge. The home was not lived in, so we did have to bring in and supply the condo w/ detergent, hand soap, kitchen soap, etc. But now it should be supplied. It's also near the highway and the bus stop, so you have to cool the house w/ open windows before you go to bed. Besides that it was beautiful, centrally located on the western end of Vail Village (so you're equally near Lionshead too), comfortable beds, updated. Do all of the hikes near by, you can get trail maps at the hiking center in Lionshead; way better than just sticking to the resort mountain trail.
