Excellent location for both winter and summer recreational activities. Clean, modern and well-maintained. We had a family member who was staying at a time share nearby (Vail) and this unit was far superior to their accommodations. Highly recommended.

Spring break in Pagosa Springs

This was my first time to Pagosa springs but this place couldn’t have been more perfect. Perfect for our family of 5 and my brother’s girlfriend. We had plenty of space and honestly felt like I was in a hallmark movie. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to having a quiet getaway but easy access to get to town or go ski in wolf creek. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Bonanza for a month and was thoroughly satisfied. The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. The property managers Lottie and Bryan did an outstanding job taking care of me. They frequently checked in and made sure everything was all good. Being located 2 blocks from all the restaurants and breweries made it a perfect location. I highly recommend the bonanza.

We have stayed at a few different properties through the years and this one was definitely the best! The property was clean, spacious and peaceful. Jason was very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We had such a great trip and we LOVE this house! We highly recommend. The outdoor space is so great, the house was well stocked, and everything was so clean!! Also, iTrip is so easy to communicate with, they answer so quick and are very detailed! Loved everything!!
