We had a wonderful time at falling moss. We loved the house, decor, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Kid friendly and only 15-20 minutes to downtown Charleston and several beaches (isle of palms, Sullivan island)

We spent three days at River House. The home was very clean uncomfortable. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen seemed to be a well stocked. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to the grocery store and shopping. The communication with the property management company was excellent. We would definitely consider staying again.

The space was great but the kitchen was lacking. The pots and pans need to be replaced. Every single one of them were scratched! it is not healthy to cook in scratched cookware.Basic supplies like napkins, saran wrap and reynolds wrap were missing. When large groups rent, they usually prefer to cook in and not have to go out for meals.

Great condo and location for small family

This condo was everything we needed in a short beach vacation with our small family. It was fully stocked with kitchen gear. AC worked great. Everything was very clean. The beds and couch were moderately comfortable. Facilities were as expected. The condo is a little on the small side so I wouldn’t recommend more than 4 adults. It was a perfect pre back to school getaway.

Lovely memories in a lovely home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sprigg’s Shack. All amenities listed on the website were accurate, and the property was clean and comfortable. The home itself was well-kept and was an affordable option on a high-dollar Island. Bike rental made our trip amazing with easy access to the beach and a fun way to explore our surroundings. Thank you!
