Cute house close to Tempe ASU campus

House was cutely decorated and perfect for our multi-generation family. Outside was great with all of the seating. Property manager was very responsive when contacted. One thing to note, due to the wind the filter in the pool could not keep up so unfortunately we only used 2 days. Only disappointment is the hot tub did not work.

This was a beautiful property! Great for a group getaway. Really enjoyed the pool and the view and the accommodations, including the kitchen, bathrooms, etc were nice. The only thing that I would suggest is replacing the pool chair cushions. Other than that, I would definitely recommend or stay here again.

We love staying at the North Beach Plantation. The reservation service was easy to use and very good. Our Condo was clean and accommodating for our family. The connected parking garage was only steps away from our condo entry. We have stayed using iTrip for several years and plan to stay again next year. We are very satisfied and recommend this vacation rental and iTrip.

I came to itrip cause of this place. Absolutely the best! Great hosts and the place was accommodating. I found don’t be afraid to ask for anything you need with itrip. They are there. Best beyond the rest. I so loved cooking in that kitchen! It was the heart of that place. I loved the sounds of nature as well around there. Just lovely!

We had an excellent experience and were thrilled with the accommodations. From the fully stocked kitchen that we loved cooking in to the view to the board games to the fire pit and hot tub, we embraced it all. The place was immaculate and we were wanting for nothing. The location was terrific. We loved the sounds of the rushing creek outside our window at night. Can't recommend highly enough.
