A wonderful getaway

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and enough space and plenty of amenities for everything we needed. The balcony view was gorgeous, I enjoyed watching manatees splash in the water. Great location, near John's Pass, we actually walked to John's Pass from the beach across the street with kids. Overall a very pleasant experience, we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to lots of area attractions and beaches. Clean, thoughtfully stocked with provisions, plenty of parking, and a responsive host. Wish we could've stayed longer, we really enjoyed returning to Larkspur at the end of each evening to rest for our next adventure.

Great location. Walk to mall level and take the skittle gondola to base of mountain. The Thursday night concert right outside the door on Fanny Hill is a must do in the summer. Condo unit was perfect.

This was our 4th stay at the Sunrise Cottage. The service and communication continues to be outstanding and the improvements to the property - particularly this year - are wonderful. Thanks so much. We were very happy with our stay here. We had all the amenities we needed. There were enough utensils and towels etc. The dishwasher was not working , but they fixed it promptly. We did not end up using the hot tub, though it was there. We appreciated the games that were in the unit and had fun. All in all , an awesome stay. Thankyou
