great time on Deer Blvd.

We had extended family in two houses on Deer Blvd. in Avon. It was perfect for us. We were well set up with everything (except a small ax to make kindling) and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, the views, and the proximity to everything. So glad we got this place. Perfect for our needs. Hope to go back in other seasons as well.

The condo was in a prime location with a great ski vacation vibe. The shuttle was a big bonus for trips downtown. The ability to ski in for lunch and back out for a few more afternoon runs was great with the kids. A great time was had by all, thanks!

we have stayed at this unit a couple of times we love it... its ideal for us we did want to let the property mgmt know that the heating element on the dryer may be going out we had to run clothes thru the dryer 2-3 times to dry completely but other than that 5stars

We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the two sitting rooms were beautiful and the location was great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and easy communications with the booking company. We would definitely stay again.

Great condo / parking is a mess

Great unit. Very convenient with good shuttle. Would have rated 5 stars except for covered parking issues. Told to park in a specific space yet every night cars were parked in our spot. Mgt. could not solve problem.
