Our family has stayed at this house for many years, this year for two weeks. Great house, recently renovated; and, great location - easy walk to beach and pool. 30A Shade makes it easy to rent daily beach chairs and umbrellas.

We had a lovely honeymoon in Maui! Everything was set up so we could easily enter the condo and get settled into our vacation. We had great customer service, cleaning service and loved being so close to the ocean. We plan to visit again in the future.

Love the easy check in and out. Great location and view. Best meals we had were the fresh seafood we cooked in the condo. We called the Dish company, and they came very quickly and replaced the Dish box. The sliding glass door needs serious maintenance as it is VERY difficult to open and close. The cooking experience could be greatly enhanced by replacing the old, scratched pans in the kitchen.

There were several things we called maintenance about...nothing they could have foreseen e.g. the kerug coffee maker not working. When we returned from the beach everything was done...amazing service! I don't think you could get anything better for the price - the comment from everyone was "this was the best beach trip we have ever had!"

We really enjoyed our stay at Esplanade. The location is great - access to a Publix, restaurants, beach, and the inland waters for kayaking and fishing. The pool area is great for day or night. We had everything we needed and if we needed something, the owner is great and responds quickly. We will be back.
