Kima 106 was wonderful!! Nothing beats waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the water and then watching the amazing sunsets with a glass of wine from the same balcony! The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We will definitely look to stay here again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was relaxing and clean. It felt like home. We enjoyed Black Mountain area as well dining and shops in the area made it even better. Perfect condo for us for the summer in Utah! Roomy, comfortable beds, and comfortable furniture. Very clean. When any problems itrip handled them right away. Great pool, work out room, pickleball court, and location so close to Jordanelle Reservoir. It was great having a garage and the coded entrance. The internet was amazingly fast not always our experience with rentals!!

The exterior of the building was somewhat dated but the interior of the condo more than made up for it. We visited to watch the total eclipse on April 8 and the snacks and eclipse glasses were such a nice surprise! The condo was clean and very comfy and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again next time we visit Hot Springs, AR.
