Perfect place for a family getaway

A great house right near the river, and within a few minutes of shopping, skiing, dining, and more. Full kitchen and multiple living spaces, as well as sleeping space for oh so many, makes this a great place for a family group to meet up in any season. Right near the bike path for some warm weather exercise as well! Town shuttle bus is very close, so can get around without a car for sure.

We had a terrific time at Summer Wind. The location was perfect. The house had everything we needed. We took our mother who does not get around well. The steps were hard for her but she managed and having a house on all one floor was helpful. The golf carts helped us get her around to see the island. Hope to return soon.

Sea Breeze Villa was Perfect!!

Our party of 10 so enjoyed staying at the Sea Breeze Villa! The location was great! We loved how close to the beach it was, and we loved how easy it was to travel into the city of Charleston. We are used to vacationing in Florida, so this was a great change of scenery! The house was so accommodating, and it fit everyone perfectly! We would definitely recommend!

The condo was gorgeous! Everything was nice and new. It had everything we need down to kitchen utensils and beach equipment. The pool was very nice and the beach was not that far. We would recommend this condo.

I couldn't say enough about our excellent experience at Las Brias. The location and the beach were great. Our condo was spacious and well furnished. If we go back next year I would want the same condo in the same location. We all loved our time there.
