This place is so good I almost don’t want to write a review. Location is unbeatable if you want proximity to beach (steps away), enjoy hearing waves crash with windows open & upscale cottages, and like a charming neighborhood with a really cool French cafe for breakfasts/lunches walkable from any cottage in this tucked away area. Definition of relaxing & unplugging!!

Great unit. Very convenient with good shuttle. Would have rated 5 stars except for covered parking issues. Told to park in a specific space yet every night cars were parked in our spot. Mgt. could not solve problem.

River Trail Retreat is a perfect cabin in the woods for couples, families, friends. Its private setting along the river is relaxing any time of year yet it's close to markets, restaurants and recreation areas. All the extra amenities were welcoming and made us feel at "home" immediately. Highly Recommend a stay at River Trail Retreat.

The view of the beach was the reason I selected this condo, and it was everything I had hoped for. We rented a one bedroom condo that also had a sleeper in the living room and a set of bunks in the hallway. The size was adequate for my husband and me, but I believe more adults in the unit would have felt crowded. The bathroom was small.

498 Banyan was a great house for a perfect family vacation. Close to everything, comfortable and well equipped. The people at itrip are always quick to respond and remedy and issues that arise. We will be back again next year!
